I snapped some pictures early this morning before it got too hot. The water temperature has risen 4 degrees (from 84-88) in the past week, I guess the few days of sunshine really heated it up. Zoey ran so much last night her back legs collapsed, we had to toss her in the pool to cool her down. Nemo would spend hours wandering and sniffing if we'd let him - I found him yesterday laying flat out on his side on an ant hill, in the full sun, while it was 98 degrees. Raven loves the screened porch, especially at night when there are bugs he can smack around. Although he isn't to sure about the roaches down here - he's seen them and just sort of watches and taps on them, like "WTF, this thing is ginormous!"
This is one of the many lizards that are all over the yard. In some places there are so many you have to watch your step as they scatter under your feet.
